Lettuce, oranges, raisins with an arbol chile dressing.

Butter lettuce with fresh shredded mango. Served with an orange vinaigrette.

Half free range chicken, Peruvian potatoes, salsa verde, habanero sauce and grilled seasonal vegetables.
